We are a Practice committed to providing the highest standard of medical care for all our patients. Our aim is to provide a friendly, high quality, efficient and local service from our modern purpose built premises. We believe in building long term relationships with our patients and involving them in decision making about their health care. Our well equipped surgery is within walking distance of the village of Cringleford and will have a cycle route connecting it to the new Round House development.
Cringleford Surgery is part of a group of surgeries known as the Humbleyard Practice. Our other surgeries are at Hethersett and Mulbarton.

How to register at the surgery?
Please ask the receptionist for a new patient application form for each member of your household. Our Practice area covers the villages of Cringleford (including the new Round House Development), Eaton and Keswick and some of the surrounding countryside. Alternatively an application form can be downloaded here together with a patient questionnaire available here. These should be completed and brought in or sent to the surgery.

You will be offered the first available appointment with the Doctor of your choice.
You can book appointments up to four weeks in advance.
Short appointments are always available “on the day” for matters that crop up at short notice.
We offer telephone appointments during morning surgery. If you feel that your problem can be dealt with over the phone please let the receptionists know.
