As a busy Mum of two, I know what a chore it can be to make a packed lunch for a child every day. Trying to make a meal that is affordable, imaginative and tasty, whilst meeting all the nutritional guidelines we are given as parents is not easy. (Especially if you want your child to eat what they’re given!)
So designed to take that stress away, I have created The Happy Lunch Club - an exciting new packed lunch service providing fun and healthy lunches to schools in Norfolk. I am extremely pleased that Cringlefords Head teacher Miss Gill Blake, has allowed me the opportunity to trial this idea and expect more schools to follow suit in time.
